A little bit of cheese context here… Grana Padano is Parmigiano Reggiano’s lesser known pal - still delicious in its own right. And this one resembles it. “Grana is softer, more buttery and it tastes slightly more delicate. Cheese experts can even taste smells of broth or steamed vegetables.” NOW, I can’t claim I’ve made the vegan version of Grana but if I had to describe it to someone based on dairy cheese, this is what I’d go for.
