I've placed an order, when will I receive my che*se?
Woohoo! Thank you for your order. We make your che*se to order to avoid food waste, that means it might take up to 10 working days to get your order posted or ready for collection. If you need it by a certain date, please order well in advance and add a note to your order. You will receive email updates when you place your order, when we post your order (along with a tracking number), and when your order is ready for collection (if you chose that option). Please double-check you've entered all your information correctly, full addresses and post codes too!
Can I freeze the che*se?
Yes! All our wedges, including Gratta, are suitable for home freezing. And we promise you won't be able to tell the difference, and it's not just us saying it, customers love stocking up and keeping a cheeky stash in the freezer. Just defrost in the fridge overnight and pat dry any excess moisture that may have occurred and you're good to go! Melter freezes well too but we don't recommend freezing Truffle Melt or Brienne. Is your che*se gluten-free?
Our che*ses are made to recipes which don't contain gluten, however, some of the ingredients we use may contain traces of it. Since we're not gluten-free certified it's ultimately down to you.
How long is the shelf-life?
Our wedges have a shelf-life of 4 weeks, Grattas 7 weeks and melting ones 3 weeks. Brienne has a 10-day shelf life. You can check the shelf life upon receiving for both shipping and collections under each product.

Does the che*se need to be refrigerated?
Yes, it loves being kept cool. It's not che*se but it kind of is!
How do you post your orders?
Depending on where you're ordering from (we ship to GB & NI - ROI had to be paused for the time being due to courier issues, apologies!) we will send your che*se to you using either Royal Mail Tracked24 service or Fastway NI, who usually deliver the next day. All che*ses are sent in insulated pouches with frozen gel packs that are fully recyclable. We use recycled/recyclable/reused materials to ship your orders. We sometimes get sent bubble wrap which we reuse when packing our orders. We have never and will never purchase bubble wrap. We're constantly trying to improve, so if you have any suggestions, do get in touch!
What are your che*ses made of?
Cashew nuts! An almonds. Our wedges and Grattas are made using our fermented cashew base. Our wedges do not contain coconut oil or starches. When we do use any of these ingredients, we choose organic and the coconut oil is odourless - so no coconut tasting che*se around here!! You can find the full list of ingredients under each product.
