Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow up to 10 working days to process your order. Expect an email within those 10 days to let you know your order is on the way!

STORE PICKUP - Nature's Way (East Belfast), The Nutmeg (Belfast City Center), Cult! HQ (Bangor, Co. Down)
An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. Please check shop hours. If collecting from Cult! HQ get in touch to organise a collection time.

SHIPPING
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to
shipping" button. Choose your appropriate region (UK/ROI) as shipping rates vary.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking code. 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 10 working days using Royal Mail Tracked24 service, Fastway NI and Fastway NI + GLS, depending on where the che*se is traveling to. 
Post's delivery standard is 24-48 hours. Flat rate shipping fee of 6.45 GBP applies to orders shipping to GB and NI. ROI shipping rates are 12 GBP.

We are not held responsible for any orders in which the delivery address has been written incorrectly or if the customer is not able to receive the items on the day of delivery (unless the customer has requested a change in delivery date or address prior to shipment).

Deliveries are fulfilled via next-day courier service due to the nature of the product - it must be kept cold and the ice packs will only hold up for the duration of the delivery. We are not responsible for any products that have gone off as a result of not refrigerating within the time suggested.
